The contact form is not a marketing collection tool. It qualifies a demo brief, answers a question and prepares the next step.
If the brief becomes a pilot or business cooperation, the processing scope is handled separately in contract documentation.

What we process.
Demo brief
AEC organisation type, data boundary, project environment description, selected problems and the short context entered into the form.
Technical data
We store submit time, hashed IP address, user-agent and referer. They support audit, form protection and abuse limitation.
Email communication
If you write to us or reply to an email, we process the communication content needed to handle the request.
Cookies and measurement
Anonymous traffic measurement starts only after consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, the site continues to work.
Retention period
We keep briefs and related communication for a reasonable time to handle the request, follow up commercially and protect against abuse. If cooperation does not arise, data is deleted or minimised.
Rights
You control what you sent us.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or object to processing. If you believe data is not handled properly, you may also contact the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

Legal basis
For the form this is mainly pre-contractual communication and legitimate interest to respond, protect the form and keep an audit trail.
Transfer outside the EU
Contact briefs are stored locally on the website server. If email infrastructure or analytics are used, we follow provider settings and valid contractual mechanisms.
No automated decision-making
Contact form data is not used for automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effect.
